Aurora Accepting Proposals from Nonprofits to Operate Homeless Navigation Campus

The city of Aurora is accepting proposals from qualified nonprofits to enter a public-private partnership and operate the Aurora Regional Navigation Campus, which will serve individuals experiencing homelessness and is expected to be completed fall 2025. The site for this campus is located at 2951 N. Laredo St. in Aurora. The ideal operator will deliver shelter and case management services. The deadline for proposals is 3 p.m. July 31. Read the complete Request for Proposals notice linked on this page. Only nonprofits currently providing services to individuals experiencing homelessness will be considered. The city will host a required pre-proposal in-person meeting for those interested in applying.

  • Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway, Sand Creek Conference Room (please check in with Access Aurora and someone will escort you to the fourth floor).
